Fine Food Specialist founder Drogo Montagu was recently interviewed by the South London Press & Mercury for an article that featured in the newspaper’s Food and Drink section.
Drogo discusses the company’s beginnings and mission to deliver the finest ingredients on the global food market, making them accessible to everybody. Having worked in a range of countries around the world and sampled some of the most sought after flavours and tastes, Drogo explains how a strong logistical set-up allows Fine Food Specialist to bring people great gourmet food and edible gifts they can’t get in their local supermarket.
“We now have a good offering that works because we ensure the product arrives in perfect condition – even if it’s frozen – and delivered in a beautiful box,” Drogo says.
“Customers come to us because they can’t get these products anywhere else.” Drogo also gives readers an alternative to turkey this Christmas, instead suggesting traditional capon and goose as a Christmas dinner option.
