To our valued customers,
Christmas may be a little different this year, however we will endeavour, as always, to guarantee that you receive the finest ingredients and fresh produce. I want to be transparent as we try to make the best of these strange times and have as normal a festive period as can be possible!
We are already extremely busy, and delivery dates are filling up quickly. Our supply lines are good at the moment but with the huge increase in orders, they are likely to deplete. Many of the products on the website will have an expiry date well after Christmas - so please order today to avoid any disappointment.
We have had to plan for several scenarios, and if volumes are extreme, we may have to undertake drastic measures to control fulfilment by disabling some products on the website. What that means is that we’d rather know that we can fulfil your orders than let you down by overpromising on more, but hopefully it won’t come to that.
As a niche food business, we are used to a certain degree of uncertainty due to the nature of the products we sell and while we have managed to stay on top of it, this year has certainly tested our mettle!
Thank you for remaining loyal customers throughout all of this, and we wish you all the best.

- Christmas 2020 FAQ -
To help you navigate your preparations this year, we’ve put together some of our frequently asked questions about ordering.
Can I place my order for Christmas now?
What are the last delivery dates?
Will delivery be affected by COVID?
Your products should arrive on time and our courier services will operate as normal. Our supply lines are good, however due to the uncertainty of this time some products may not be available. If this happens we can substitute for similar items and we will contact you.
UPDATE: Due to the new Tier 4 Covid-19 restrictions, our Customer Service line is currently closed. Please email support@finefoodspecialist.co.uk and we will respond as quickly as possible.
Are you taking any extra precautions?
Yes, we are following the UK Government guidelines and have already taken steps to minimise risk in addition to our rigorous food safety procedures. The safety of our customers and staff is paramount. You can read our coronavirus statement here.
If you have any other questions, please do get in touch and we will help resolve your query.
