This quick canapé idea couldn’t be simpler to make. It’s a great snack to whip up for a last minute dinner party or an impromptu visit from friends. The heat can be adjusted by using more or less nduja and the quantities scaled up or down easily, so just make as much as you need. Serve with breadsticks, crudités or crisps.
Ingredients
- 100g Nduja spreadable salami
- 200g Goat’s curd
- 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Chilli flakes, chopped parsley or lemon zest, to garnish
Method
1. Mix together the nduja and goat’s curd until fully combined.
2. Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with olive oil and scatter with your chosen garnishes before serving.
