Lamb, Coriander and Chilli Burgers

Description
This lamb burger has a touch of chilli heat to keep things interesting! Cook it on the BBQ or in a hot pan if the weather isn’t on your side. We like to add a little extra spice with some chilli oil, plus some cooling cucumber to add crunch and freshness.
- 4 Lamb, coriander and chilli burgers
- 4 brioche buns
- 1 cucumber, finely sliced
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons chilli oil
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 2 spring onions, cut into short strips
- 1 small bunch coriander, leaves picked
- Combine the sliced cucumber, sesame oil and soy sauce and mix well. Set aside.
- Heat a BBQ or frying pan and cook the lamb burgers for around 5 minutes each side, or until just cooked through.
- Toast the buns and layer up with the cucumber, coriander, burgers, chilli oil and spring onions. Serve immediately.
