Description
These burrata and black truffle tortelloni are the ultimate indulgence! Filled with creamy cheese and heady with the flavour of truffle, they are perfect for marking a special occasion. They need very little dressing - just some melted butter or olive oil and a grating of Parmesan is enough. Of course, a little extra truffle never hurts.
- 250g burrata and black truffle tortelloni
- A drizzle of olive oil
- Shaved Parmesan, to serve
- Extra Perigord truffle, to garnish
- Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 2 minutes, then drain.
- Top the pasta with olive oil, plenty of Parmesan and as much extra truffle as you like!
