- 1 pack duck stuffed with foie gras
- Mixed salad leaves
- 1 tablespoon pine nuts, toasted
- 1 tablespoon strawberry vinegar
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- Toast, to serve
- Combine the strawberry vinegar and olive oil in a clean jar or bowl with some salt and pepper and shake or whisk to emulsify.
- Dress the leaves and cherry tomatoes with the dressing and add the pine nuts.
