Description
This is a lovely way of serving butter for a dinner party - just pop it in the centre of the table for everyone to help themselves. Any combination of herbs and edible flowers could be used, so experiment to find your perfect combination. See our full range of edible flowers.
- 150g butter
- 1 punnet mixed edible flowers
- Small handful mint leaves
- Small handful chives, finely chopped
- Place the butter in a stand mixer with a paddle attachment or a small blender and beat or whizz until the butter is light and creamy.
- Spread the butter onto a plate and top with edible flowers and herbs of your choice.
