Trim the hair tips from the corn husks and remove any loose papery bits. Place the cobs directly over the coals and cook for around 20 minutes, turning every so often.
The corn is ready when the husks are completely black and starting to peel away to reveal the corn. Get some char on the kernels too, if you like.
Serve with plenty of butter, salt and Perigord truffle.
