These quail birds come already spatchcocked to make this super speedy and will cook in no time! We've marinated them in honey and five spice for a delicious, punchy twist. The spatchcock ensures that the meat remains tender and succulent too.
This is a great recipe to pull out for a casual BBQ session in the sun when you're craving something a bit different to the usual burgers and typical barbecue fare.
