Make your baked potatoes extra special with a sprinkle of our truffle dust! This dust really is the ultimate seasoning for chips, potatoes and eggs although, to be honest, we are putting it on everything…

  • 4 large baking potatoes
  • Sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons very finely chopped chives
  • Truffle dust
  1. Preheat the oven to 200C.
  2. Prick the potatoes all over with a fork. Rub a little oil over each potato and season well with salt.
  3. Bake for around 20 minutes, then turn the heat down to 180C and bake for another 45 minutes to 1 hour or until the potatoes are crisp and cooked through.
  4. Serve with the sour cream, chives and plenty of truffle dust on top.
