King Crab Legs with Curried Mayonnaise

Description

King crab legs are huge with lots of firm white meat inside, which is perfect for dipping or spreading onto bread with a curried mayonnaise. The combination would also make a luxurious sandwich on light brown bread.

  1. Combine the mayonnaise with the curry powder and a squeeze of lemon, to taste.
  2. Use crab crackers, a nutcracker or something heavy (like a small hammer!) to break the crab claw and prise the meat out. The legs can be cut with scissors.
  3. Serve with the bread, mayonnaise and extra lemon wedges.
