King Crab Legs with Curried Mayonnaise

King crab legs are huge with lots of firm white meat inside, which is perfect for dipping or spreading onto bread with a curried mayonnaise. The combination would also make a luxurious sandwich on light brown bread.
- 2 cooked king crab legs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons curry powder (or to taste)
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- Bread to serve
- Combine the mayonnaise with the curry powder and a squeeze of lemon, to taste.
- Use crab crackers, a nutcracker or something heavy (like a small hammer!) to break the crab claw and prise the meat out. The legs can be cut with scissors.
- Serve with the bread, mayonnaise and extra lemon wedges.
