- 320g cooked lobster meat
- 2 brioche hot dog rolls or buns
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Small squeeze lemon juice
- Handful garlic chives
- Pat the lobster meat dry and chop into large chunks.
- Combine the lobster meat with the mayonnaise, lemon juice and some salt and pepper.
- Lightly toast the buns and fill with the lobster meat.
- Top with the garlic chives and serve.
