- 4 passion fruits
- 10 scallops
- 1 bunch of chives
- 50 ml of coconut milk
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Slice the passion fruits in half and cut the scallops into quarters.
- Scoop out the pulp and mix it with the scallops, coconut milk, olive oil, and chopped chives. Season with salt and pepper. Let it marinate for 1 hour (or 15 minutes if you’re short on time).
- Fill the passion fruit shells with the ceviche, drizzle with the marinade, and serve.
