Description
These canapes couldn't be simpler to make and they taste amazing every single time. Salmon roe is larger than regular caviar and the delicious eggs bring wonderful salty pops of salmon flavour as they burst in the mouth.
This recipe couldn't be simpler, although there are lots of other uses for salmon caviar: try using it as a topping for a Japanese-inspired rice bowl, on top of sushi rolls, or with scrambled eggs for a luxurious breakfast.
- 100g salmon caviar
- 45 mini cocktail blinis
- 100g cream cheese
- 1 bunch chives, finely chopped
- Top each blini with a little of the cream cheese and some smoked salmon. Add a few chives and serve!
