Description
Eggs and caviar are a match made in heaven! Try serving one of our Oscietra caviar taster pots on top of soft-boiled eggs for a truly decadent breakfast or snack.
Make sure to check out our full range of caviar, which includes several varieties, sizes and combination sets with mother-of-pearl spoons, which are used to ensure the flavour of the caviar is not tainted.
- 10g Oscietra caviar
- 2 eggs
- Crackers or toast to serve
- Place the eggs in a small saucepan and cover with cold water.
- Bring to the boil and cook for 2 minutes 40 seconds. Place into a bowl of cold water.
- Very carefully peel the eggs and cut in half (or leave them whole and eat as you would a regular boiled egg).
- Serve with the caviar and toast or crackers.
