Soft Boiled Eggs with Oscietra Caviar

10g Oscietra caviar
- 2 eggs
- Crackers or toast to serve
Directions
Method
- Step 1, Place the eggs in a small saucepan and cover with cold water.
- Step 2, Bring to the boil and cook for 2 minutes 40 seconds. Place into a bowl of cold water.
- Step 3, Very carefully peel the eggs and cut in half (or leave them whole and eat as you would a regular boiled egg).
- Step 4, Serve with the caviar and toast or crackers.
