Chicken Thigh Tulips, Fresh, +/-900g

Chicken tulips are a unique way to serve chicken, in which the meat is flipped inside out, which exposes the bone. The meat rolled down from the bone makes it look like a tulip flower on the bone stem. To cook chicken thigh tulips, the meat is then seasoned, or sometimes dipped in batter, and fried. This version of a chicken wing are a popular snack in countries such as China and Korea.
