Truffle oil is a way to add a big punch of truffle flavour to your food, even when fresh truffles are out of season. It will also last a lot longer!

Truffles are a truly wonderful ingredient but they are expensive and highly seasonal. Truffle oil is the perfect solution for those who love the flavour – try adding it to salads, add a drop or two to sushi, or swirl it on top of a prosciutto and mushroom pizza for a luxurious touch!

We also stock a beautiful walnut oil from La Tourangelle in the heart of the Loire Valley. Crafted at a 150-year-old artisan oil mill, it is rich with the aromatic flavour of lightly toasted walnuts and makes a perfect addition to salads or in any baked goods that would benefit from the flavour of this popular nut.

Try adding some to a coffee and walnut cake to enhance the toasted walnut flavour!

We have a very special range of olive oils, including the incredible and famed olive oil A.O.C La Vallee des Baux, which is revered around the world for its rich, dark flavour of sun-ripened olives. We also stock Terre Bormane Bormano from Taggiasco, a late-season, cold-pressed olive oil which is prized for its low acidity.
