Cropwell Bishop Stilton  

Often described as one of the best British cheeses that you can find, Stilton is a staple of British cuisine.  

The cheese is made from the finest milk available. And this milk is what makes this cheese so unique. As opposed to Roquefort, a French blue cheese made from sheep milk, Stilton is a cow-milk blue cheese. 

To produce the Cropwell Bishop Blue Stilton, the cheese is churned authentically, in the same way that has been done for over 100 years. This is a rich, tangy cheese that makes a wonderful treat to enjoy during celebrations. But Stilton is also a delicious ingredient to add to salads. Vintage Lincolnshire Poacher  

Lincolnshire Poacher is a hard, mature cheese that is somewhere between a Cheddar and a Comté. This award-winning Supreme Champion cheese is typically recognised for its smooth, densely creamy texture and flavours that can range from rich herbaceous to savoury and brothy. 

Cornish Yarg  

A pasteurised cow's milk cheese, this cheese is lightly textured with fresh citrus notes. It is easily recognisable, not only because it is one of the most famous British cheeses, but also thanks to its nettle wrapping. These edible leaves give the cheese a distinctive finish and subtle herbaceous flavour.  

The nettles are hand-picked from the local Cornish countryside when they are bright, vibrant green, and are then frozen for use throughout the year.   

Cornish Yarg is a semi-hard cheese made from grass rich Cornish milk. Once matured, nettled Yarg is fresh, lemony and creamy under its rind, with an irresistible crumble in the core.  

Rachel Goat's Cheese

A semi-firm goat's cheese with a slightly-washed rind, Rachel is a sweet and nutty cheese with a mild lingering flavour. This delightfully fragrant cheese is perfect for those who enjoy a cheese that is not too strong or overly ‘goaty’ on the palate. During maturation, it is washed in a brine solution which gives it a slight pink crust to a warm reddish orange colour.
