Micro Melons, 1 x Punnet

At a fraction of the size of a normal watermelon, these micro melons – otherwise known as mouse or pepquino melons – look just like smaller versions of their cousins. With a refreshing and slightly sour flavour similar to cucumber, the little fruits make an excellent snack, appetiser, cocktail garnish or salad ingredient – however you choose to use them, they’ll be the talking point of the party.

Micro melons were discovered in South America by Dutch food producers who brought them to Holland to cultivate the novel rarity. They are closely related to the cucumber and melon families.
