These attractive pastel-coloured brioche buns, including four different flavours of green polenta, red sesame, orange poppy seed and yellow poppy seed are perfect to use at your dinner parties and events. Using natural colouring agents, this traditional French recipe has been made for your convenience - the brioches simply need to be defrosted for 20 minutes before use. This bun-shaped assortment can then be cut in half and used on a mini brioche roll to fill with a variety of fillings. Stuff with coronation chicken for a delicious, traditional sandwich treat and garnish with micro-herbs or edible flowers.
