Moliterno is a rich and mature hard sheep’s milk cheese, similar to Pecorino. This cheese is particularly special as it is marbled with black truffle, which adds a subtle and delicious earthy flavour. This is a fabulous addition to your Christmas cheese board!

Tasting Notes: Rich, savoury tasting cheese, that gets sharper as it ages. Its paste is ivory-white with some holes in which a tear cab be found in the aged wheels
