Our smoked pork belly pastrami is the perfect addition to any charcuterie board or sandwich. This product is expertly smoked to achieve the perfect balance of rich, savoury flavours and mouth-watering tenderness. Made of EU pork and produced at a factory in Watford (UK), using only the finest ingredients and traditional techniques.

Delicious Smoky Flavours and Texture

This pastrami is cured for a week, ensuring the flavours are fully infused into the meat. The meat is then soaked and smoked for 10 hours to give it a distinctive taste and aroma. Finally, it is finished in the steamer to achieve a perfect texture and mouthfeel. Each bite of our smoked pork belly pastrami is bursting with complex, smoky flavours. The meat is served cold or heated up for a hot and delicious sandwich. It pairs perfectly with a tangy mustard or sweet pickle for a truly satisfying flavour experience.

Easy to Serve Cold or Hot

Our smoked pastrami is made from only the highest quality pork belly, ensuring that each slice is succulent and juicy. It's a perfect option for those looking for a more unique and adventurous twist on classic deli meats. To enjoy this delicious product, simply pop the vacuum-sealed pastrami into simmering water for 40 minutes. Once heated, open the bag and slice the pastrami to your desired thickness. We recommend serving it hot in a sandwich with English mustard and sweet & sour pickles. Or, try making the famous Reuben sandwich with melted Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and Russian dressing for a truly mouthwatering meal.

Cooking Instructions

If the bag is already open, you can steam the pastrami to reheat it. We do not recommend boiling it in water, as this may dilute the flavour. And if you can't finish the entire package at once, our pastrami can be frozen for future use. Whether you're looking to impress your guests with a delicious BBQ dinner or create a standout sandwich, this pork pastrami is sure to elevate your dining experience.

Allergens: Produced in an environment handling wheat, milk, egg, soya, mustard, sesame & nuts.

Storage: Keep frozen (below -18c). 

Shelf life: Use in 3 days after defrosting.
