Fresh Porcini Mushroom Serving Suggestions

Please note: These mushrooms are a wild product and as such, sometimes arrive covered in a little dirt. This is harmless and can be cleaned off using a soft mushroom brush. Porcini will arrive sliced in half to ensure that they are of top quality.  

Shelf life: 2-3 days from delivery.

Storage: Keep refrigerated.

Cooking suggestions: Sautéing or grilling. Can be enjoyed raw.

Serving suggestions: Pair with pasta, risotto, steaks and burgers.
