Ribeye is known to be the cut with the most flavour. Our US beef has outstanding flavour and quality. It comes from Kansas City, which is widely renowned to be the beef breeding capital of America. The cattle are fed on a balanced grain diet for the last 100 days of their life which intensifies their marbling content and gives them a richer flavour and also makes them more tender.

This ribeye will feed 20 people with a 250g steak each.
