King crab is one of the best shellfish available for its wonderfully sweet, delicate meat. This crab offers great flavour and is a great frozen seafood staple to keep whenever you fancy. Once defrosted, cook for 6-8 minutes in salting boiling water, then let cool and serve with fresh lemon and mayonnaise. The king crab leg will turn a beautiful orange colour when cooked.
Please note: One whole individual cluster may weight in between 700-900g but will be made up to 1kg in extra legs/claws.
