Takara Shirakabegura Kimoto Junmai Sake is a remarkable example of traditional Japanese craftsmanship. This sake presents a slightly creamy texture that entices the palate with its smooth and velvety mouthfeel. A touch of acidity adds a refreshing brightness, perfectly balancing the overall profile of this sake. As you take your first sip, you'll notice the delicate and slightly floral flavours that gently unfold, revealing subtle hints of melon. This sake is Junmai, which means 'pure rice' in Japanese. Junmai sake is brewed using only water, rice, yeast, and koji, with no other additives like sugar or alcohol. Adding depth to its flavour profile, Takara Shirakabegura Kimoto Junmai Sake features a contrasting umami undertone.
