The fruit of romance and long, summer picnics, strawberries are delicious when in season and incredibly disappointing and bitter-tasting when forced. If only there were a satisfying way of avoiding the bad strawberries out of season…well now there is! Bag yourself some of this gorgeous strawberry puree, which is useable in a huge range of dishes and drinks, and, even better, is completely additive-free. Now you can enjoy that bona fide sweet, syrupy taste and scent without compromise over the rest of the year.

Cocktails, anyone? Strawberry slush is one of the best things you can make boozy, and margaritas immediately become even more irresistible through its influence. And once you’re well and truly tipsy, you can soak it up with strawberry shortcake, tarts, strawberry mousse, strawberry ice-cream, strawberry sorbet, strawberry jelly…whatever takes your fancy.

Ingredients: 85% Strawberry 15% sugar inverti - The benefits of sweetened purees: a constant and accurate(+/- 1°)Brix, it's ready to use and with a long preservation period after unfreezing (between 10 and 15 days).

Storage conditions: Freezer -18 degrees

Defrosting Mode & Storage after opening: In order to maintain all the sensory qualities of our product, Les Vergers Boiron recommend to defrost the product in its original packaging at 35/+39F. To unmold or cut your frozen puree easily we recommend one of the following methods: remove the lid, do not remove the protective deal and leave the tray at room temperature for 5 minutes, or leave the lid and protective seal on, run the tray under lukewarm water for 30 seconds at least before removing the lid and protective seal. Defrosting and storage after defrosting are the user's responsibility and must be done in accordance with good hygiene and HACCP practices.
