Introducing our Rustic Charcuterie Hamper!

Anyone who finds paradise in a simple picnic lunch of bread and charcuterie will adore this heavenly hamper filled with meaty goodies. For those who love a charcuterie board, this is the hamper for you! We have brought together our favourite and most unique charcuterie products to create the perfect spread, all presented in a stunning rustic suitcase hamper.

What's inside?

  • There are four different flavours of salamis, including truffle, wild boar salami, pure pork and aromatic fennel. A charcuterie hamper wouldn’t be complete without the addition of our Iberico pork. We have included Iberico Bellotta ham, which has been cured for up to 52 months for the perfect flavour.
  • Duck confit legs are another delightful addition to the hamper – the duck legs have been confit, flavoured with juniper, thyme, bay and other spices. Although the duck is already cooked, the legs are best cooked for around 25 minutes to give them a crispy brown skin – the meat inside is truly sumptuous, soft and flavourful.
  • There is also Guanciale, which is a cured pork cheek, traditionally cooked down and used in pasta dishes, such as the delicious and much-loved carbonara.
  • 100% Jamon Iberico Bellota Ham: produced in Jabugo in southern Spain, this 100% Iberico bellota ham is cured for an astonishing 40-52 months.
  • Similarly, the morteau sausage is uncooked so should be used to wonderfully flavour stews – the unique and rich flavour brings every recipe to life! The morteau sausage originates from France, where it is smoked with chippings of conifer and juniper.

Our handpicked selection of these products comes from many corners of Europe including Spain, France and Italy, the homes of charcuterie.  The range of flavours and textures is amazing - enjoy sliced up at room temperature or use to add extra spice to your cooking.
