All items are then super frozen at the ultra-low temperature of -60°C to ensure their freshness and preserve natural colours. Following the super-freezing process, our meats are carefully transferred to a controlled environment at -20 degrees. This temperature allows for optimal storage and distribution, ensuring that our products remain in peak condition until they reach your doorstep.
