This is the largest size of our sublime Tomahawk steaks. This cut of beef is a stunning centrepiece for a meal, with its dramatic exposed bone and succulent meat. The perfect cut for a special occasion! The British Wagyu beef has BMS (Beef Marbling Score) of 6-7, which is due to the breed of cattle that being genetically dispositioned towards very high fat marbling through the meat, which results in an almost buttery texture.
