Can You Cook Seafood from Frozen?
Yes, you can cook seafood from frozen, but it might take a bit longer than if the seafood were thawed. Cooking seafood directly from frozen can be convenient when you haven't had the chance to thaw it in advance. However, there are a few things to consider to ensure that the seafood cooks properly and safely:
